I started Poison Ivy with a simple goal: to create meaningful motion work with good people. No layers of process, no unnecessary complexity, just thoughtful animation, strong ideas and the flexibility to build the right team for every brief. Since then, I've worked across everything from broadcast graphics and title sequences to social campaigns and live events, while also sharing what I've learned through teaching, speaking and community initiatives. I've spoken at OFFF Barcelona, InMotion and Motion North, taught motion design at Glasgow Caledonian University, and co-organised Ladies, Wine & Design Glasgow. These days, Poison Ivy is still built around the same idea it started with: creating motion that people remember. I quite like that last line because it brings everything back to the positioning you've used throughout the rest of the site. It's not just a biography. It's the reason the studio exists.
